The technician app is the software your technicians use. Through it they access the tickets and tasks assigned to them.

Within a task in the technician app, the technician can enter: consumables (spare parts used to fix the fault), hours worked, distance travelled and additional costs.

As you can see, technician app users do not have access to all the data available to you in the administrator part of the software. The technician app is for entering information about the field visit itself and the repair work.
